The new media such as Facebook, YouTube, blogs and Twitter are now equally powerful when trying to reach out to the publics (i.e. stakeholders, media, consumers, public. But nevertheless, it is very important that your organization fully supports your new media endeavor.Many organizations still feel that the new media is waste of time (as shared by the participants during the workshop).
